Matthew Tate

Matthew Tate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from the University of North Texas and a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington. His passion for empowering individuals with disabilities stems from personal experience—after suffering a knee injury in high school that led to a lifelong disability, Matthew dedicated himself to ensuring that challenges do not define a person’s potential.

With a focus on education, leadership, and advocacy, Matthew has made it his mission to help others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Through his work, he strives to create opportunities that promote inclusion, independence, and personal growth for individuals of all abilities.
